The atmosphere at this backpackers was amazing! the common room had a breathtaking view of the lake, which made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. the location was also great - close enough to the city center for convenience but still away from the hustle and bustle. And the best part? the staff was super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides. the lack of common toilets in the common room was quite inconvenient, especially on party nights when everyone had to go back to their rooms just to use the toilet.

The location of Bumbles Backpackers was absolutely perfect for exploring the city and the nearby lake. I loved how close it was to everything, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The receptionist, who happened to be from South Africa, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and provided me with great recommendations for things to do in the area. The beds were comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The showers were hot and powerful, making it a refreshing experience. I also appreciated that the rooms were secure, requiring a key to get in.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as limited parking options and the need to go outside for amenities like the bathroom, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

We had a great stay at a hostel with the best view in my opinion for a backpackers type of accommodation. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the lakeshore and a short walk to downtown. The staff at Bumbles Backpackers were phenomenal and super helpful. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make us feel welcome. The other guests were also friendly, making for a sociable atmosphere. The receptionists were especially friendly and provided excellent customer service.
